Shipping Policy
No physical goods are sold here. Nothing will be shipped to you. Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately, the download will begin immediately, or you will receive an email from us with instructions to complete the download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, or it immediately downloads, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.
If you receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.
In the case that you are unable to download the item(s) you purchased, or you do not receive an email with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
Returns and Refund Policy
On The Owl Teacher, the resources you purchase through my website are delivered electronically via digital download. Unlike physical goods, you cannot return a PDF file once it has been downloaded. For that reason, all sales on The Owl Teacher are considered final and nonrefundable.
I offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 30-days of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

- Duplicate Purchase—you accidentally purchased the same resource twice.
- File Link Not Clicked / Downloaded—you purchased a resource, but never clicked on the link to download the file. (As determined by Tammy DeShaw, The Owl Teacher).
If your purchase meets these guidelines, you can contact me with a refund request. As part of your request, be sure to include the name that you purchased it under, the resource name, your concerns about the resource, and any other important information I need to know.
